Never was contacted by SMS. Around 7:00 PM, entering a theatre to see a movie with a friend, I notice a newly-arrived email from Oxio. Yes, another email, even though I requested SMS. It gives me an hour to respond. As I am walking into the auditorium for a movie that starts in a few minutes. Eff that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Apparently Oxio thinks it is fair to require me to put my life on hold so I can cater to their needs, instead of them serving me for the money I pay them. Apparently they think it is fair to require me to respond within an hour after it taking them nine hours to respond to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
